All purchases made on Skinwaste are final and non‑refundable. This includes purchases of virtual items (e.g., cases/boxes), in‑site credits, experience points (XP), upgrades, exchange fees, and any other items or services. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you understand and accept that no refunds will be issued.
Non‑Refundable Items
The following are non‑refundable and non‑transferable between accounts:
Virtual items (including items won from cases/boxes)
In‑site credits and balance top‑ups
Experience points (XP)
Fees associated with exchanges, upgrades or other platform features
Refunds for Unused Credits (Discretionary)
While refunds for used credits are not available, WASTEIT LTD may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds for unused credits that were directly purchased by a user. Requests must be submitted to support@skinwaste.com within 7 days of purchase. If approved, unused credits will be deducted from your account and refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. If an item is found to be faulty due to a platform error, a refund or replacement may be provided at WASTEIT LTD's discretion.
Billing Discrepancies
If you believe you were incorrectly billed or charged for a transaction that did not occur, notify support@skinwaste.com within 30 days of the charge. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the charge being considered valid and non‑refundable.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated on your account, WASTEIT LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and forfeit any associated balance, credits, items, or XP. We cooperate with payment processors and, where necessary, authorities to investigate and dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
Final Decision
All refund requests are reviewed by WASTEIT LTD. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion. Where granted, refunds are processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction.
